We have received a phone call from you regarding our ad in the newspaper. Below you will find the necessary information regarding the job.

BACKGROUND
We are a Janitorial Service which specializes in light interior commercial cleaning. Service One is a Nationwide Janitorial Service which has been in operation for 24 years. Your city has a local Service One Representative.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Service One is looking for individuals who would enjoy unlimited income potential working directly from their home. Service One intends to hire individuals to call on businesses from the most recent yellow page directory. We are seeking individuals that will be persistent in making the number of calls expected to produce the necessary number of leads per day. You will need to have a computer online and or nationwide calling for communications with Service One.

PAY SCALE
Work days Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 4:00pm eastern standard time. The hourly wage is $8.00 - plus bonus for every CLOSED lead. Payday is every Friday for the previous week of work. Please allow 4 days for postal delivery. Checks come out of our Corporate Offices located in Orlando, Florida.

CLOSED LEADS
A Lead becomes a closed lead only when we have a start date on the account.

TELEPHONE CONVERSATION
The following is what to say to the potential customers on our telephone survey program. When the customer answers their phone you say:
“May I please speak with the person in charge of hiring the cleaning service”

1.     when you are connected to the right person you would say

“Hello, my name is                                    , I’m with Service One Janitorial and we are cleaning several places in your area. We would like to know if you are presently satisfied with your janitorial service?

1. If the customer says, NO, “They are NOT happy” then you say,

“Would you like to have someone stop by and give you a free estimate?”

1. If they say they are happy – You say “Thank you for your time” and then hang up.

QUALIFIED LEADS
Through the telephone conversation you will acquire leads on businesses that are “NOT SATISFIED” with their present cleaning service. We are looking for “UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS”. Do not turn in leads where the customer is happy with their present cleaning service. Customers that need information for their files DOES NOT constitute as a lead. Do not sell the customer on a free estimate if he/she is happy with their cleaning.  THE ABOVE MENTIONED WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

1. A Lead is when you have contacted the person in charge of hiring the cleaning service for their business location and THEY WANT Service One to give them an estimate. You will need to obtain the person’s name, complete address, phone number and fax number.
2. A Lead becomes a Qualified Lead when we have called the customer to verify your information.

TO TURN IN YOUR LEADS

Email at the end of your shift – Email your name – phone# - date – how many leads you have. YOU MUST EMAIL AFTER YOUR SHIFT if you fail to EMAIL - you will NOT be paid for that days work. You must EMAIL - if you are unable to work that days shift. Failure to email to us each day is cause for dismissal.

Example of Emailing in your Leads:

1. Your Name
2. Today’s Date
3. How many hours you worked that day
4. Total number of leads for that day
5. COMPANY NAME
6. Contact Name of the person you spoke with
7. COMPANY ADDRESS (also include City, State, Zip)
8. Phone and Fax number
9. Any additional comments that you may have that might be helpful.
